Dell forums are just like ZDNet talkback
Both are full of angry and confused individuals who appear to have no clue what they are talking about. At least the Dell forums has moderators that are willing to help them even after their childish rants.

I love the ones that state they will never buy from Dell again, but they keep posting in the forums anyway.
