They need to go back to what made them money in the first place. Online sales, knowledgeable staff, good products, service after the sale.

Re-invent the wheel, they need to go back to the old wheel.

Lastly, any company that is sold on the stock exchange is driven down hill.

Privat held companies, make more money, do not gut their workers, and stay in business.
