Get another CEO!!!
What they need to do is get another CEO!!! They haven't made a profit is so freakin' long! Also they just keep laying people off constantly. They do keep trying to re-invent the wheel, by making themselves like a Circuit City. You are a computer company for crying out loud!

My opinion, as I stated before, is that their current CEO needs to step down, and hand the company off to someone who knows what they are doing. Maybe even merger with a bigger company.
