BOA.. good stuff
I have had them lock my CC twice in the past year. They have their monitoring system straight.. yes the locks cause a little bit of inconvienence, but i dont have to worry about someone who steals my card having too much fun with it. Same with their internet banking, you cant use just a username/password, if you have never logged in from a particular computer, you have to know the answer to anyone of four questions. Goodluck getting that information with a keylogger. They also dont accept browser redirects to the their login site.

As to the guy who complains about their ATM's.. not sure where you live but where i live, they have cameras inside the atm pointing right at you and cameras right above the atm monitoring the area. I agree that a panic button of sorts would be nice if it were based off a code, the only factor would be people causing false alarms. False alarms can get expensive in certain towns.
