Great thing I'm a Bank of America customer!
Me and my parent uses Bank of America and we love it.

My mom and I switched from Florida Commerce Credit Union (FCCU) and we found it out of date and the website gave me the feeling that it is made back on late 20th century. I mean, the graphical user interface looked way too basic and not very complex for me. Another reason that I don't like is entering account number and 4-digit pin number... Eh...that makes me feel like I don't care about security and my account will freeze if I try to enter multiple times and still didn't remember the pin number... But that's my fault for not remembering the PIN number in my part... Last of my disadvantage, but not least, is having to send a paper (mail) to FCCU to change my address and phone number. With Bank of America I won't have that problem; I can do it online.

But now I'm security-conscious since I feel a lot better with Bank of America's 2-factor authentication system.

The reason why I switched to Bank of America is with the alert system. FCCU doesn't have that. With Bank of America, I set the alert system to alert about my available balance every day. This makes sure that I have enough sufficient funds available and helps me make sure I don't over-spent.
