Sometimes
Not being promoted is not so bad. I see upper
management and the lack of quality family life
they have. No Thank You!

I and my wife make enough to keep us out of debt
and comfortable and still maintain a quality
life with our children. We eat breakfast and
dinner together, the TV and radio is off. We
speak to our children and listen to what they
have to say to us about there lives. We spend
the weekends doing family things.

I have no desire to be promoted, because the
price for the pay raise is not worth it.
Priorities people, this is a fundemental problem
with the American people. We have forgotten our
priorities. Happiness is what you make of life
and the trials and gifts if throws your way. My
happiness is with spending time with my family.
As I have said before wealth is a measure of
ones perspective. If money is what you deem to
be of the most value, then I am not a wealthy
man, but if Love and family is how you measure
wealth, then I am one of the richest men alive
and I am happy to boot.

Granted I have issues in my marriage, but that
is part of being in any type of relationship.
And like a good team, my wife and I work through
our issues and in many cases we include the
children as well. After all, it's their family
too.

And to think we are the "evil" no morals having
agnostics!
