Disclaimer: Only 1 certification from an University Development progam that didn't give out the industry versions because that require rote learning, at odds with an institute of higher learning. That's what they said anyway.

With your experience you probably find yourself interviewing candidates.
You know what to look for and ask.
Certs might get you in the door but then it's up to you.

The certs work more for the large corps that need something to categorize you with.
Some cert holders probably do for that but it certainly measures nothing more than the ability to take a test.
