I program...

and I am a 6'3" 205Lb. caucasion male, retired(MED) Navy Seal that develops Oracle, Java, Access and some C/C++.

Of course I was smart enough to ensure that IF my job does go overseas, which it's not looking like it will anytime this century, but IF it does, I have established myself and acquired other skills within my company to ensure I do not lose my job with the company, I will simply be re-assigned.

A cool trick I learned in the Navy is make yourself so invaluable that they cannot do without you, the solution to that in the Navy is they have you train a replacement. But out here, a smart well run company will realize the asset they have and retain you. Maybe not in your original capacity and maybe at a pay cut, but at least you have a job.

And if your health benefits are as goos as the ones I get, then taking a pay-cut really isn't so bad! Now is it! It's all a matter of:
