You would think
... that Microsoft could themselves issue a temporary patch until their official one is ready for release. All they would have to do is give a disclaimer that it has not been tested and they aren't responsible for damage done by the patch. ..... Although, come to think of it, ha!, they make you agree to that already, that they are not responsible for what their products/patches do with your information, even with official releases.
