Privacy of Email Recipient
The recipient of the email also has an interest. Just being on someone's email list may be harmfull to the living, given the current HP scandal. Microsoft has no business divulging this data without oversight by some agency of the government.

This article raises the issue of which government, Irish or US might be involved. With the terrorist activities only recently shutting down, is there a question involving the poet's death? Are there folks on the poet's email list that he does not want contacting his family?
