No need to mention Microsoft
It isn't necessary to mention Microsoft in an article about viruses.

There are about 25 Linux viruses in the wild, about 9 that affect commercial Unix platforms, none currently that affect Apple OS X, and over 70,000 that target Windows.

With those kind of odds, to say that the latest virus problem only attacks Microsoft OS would be redundant.
