Yep, MS just Respects Intellectual Property all over the place
They threw fits over "Lindows," got a trademark on a generic computer term that predates MS Windows, but have no problems taking someone elses trademark so long as they put the word Microsoft in front of it.

Didn't they due their due dilligence? And why are they putting up a stink? By their own rules, they should be changing the name.
