The Judge would not have the ability to throw out a case brought in the US by a US based entity or person. A point of order...The Judge does have jurisdiction in the case but no authority to enforce it upon a foreign entity. I know it seems like a small difference but enforcement is separate from a judgement. As well, the Judge would have had not choice but to grant the case when the defendant did not show up. The Judge can only make a judgement on the merits of the evidence presented...I this case--just the one side and admittedly- the wrong side.

However, it could be used to pursue lawsuits against those corporations that are utilizing the blacklist in their equipment here in the United States. I am not familiar with how this organization operates or if they charge for their product. If they do, with this judgement, e360insight could attach any payments from US persons or businesses due SpamHouse. If they do not charge then there is not much that can be done to them as long as they have not assets in the US.
