Spamhaus legal? extortion racket
With a judgment, valid in the US, they can go after all the unaware isp's and organizations using the FREE spamhaus blacklist. Make them pay the judgment or have them discontinue using the blacklist.

Most companies are missing emails from dozens of potential customers because of spamhaus org practices. Deep pockets? SUE. and blacklist all organizations and isp using the blacklist. Let people know they are being treated like children who are unable to manage their own affairs. There are plenty of spammers and their are likely as many legitimate people on the spamhaus org list who only sent out an invitation this month to their address book. Spamhaus will take you off their list if you PAY!!! Their service is a fraud for many people, especially for the ones who don't even know it exists who violate some companies made up rule about what spam is or isn't. ..If it ain't broke..break it.
