Missing an important detail
There is one detail that is being missed here. The ruling from the court was a "default ruling" because there was no defense. Odds are that if e360insight showed up then this would have been a "slam-dunk" in their favor. But as the legal system stands you can't win if you don't show, the court doesn't have any options. It's too bad that they didn't play this out. It could have been a great anti-spam victory.
