SPAM court fines and not forced to pay!
Terrific that they were caught! I suspect a fine of a hundred thousand dollars or so is of little consequence to the perpetrators who were prosecuted and found guilty - and even then they can evidently claim inability to pay.

Is the only "real" consequence to have their names and activities published? SO easy to start again.
