Sure, accessing a public website (taxpayer-owned) is evialllll!
If you think going to a website that belongs to and is paid for by the taxpayer is the same as "hanging outside of the opponents home with a tape recording and mic, or night vision binoculars" then you have rather odd views on the right of the public to know what is going on. Corruption festers in the dark, and flees exposure, for the dark things cannot stand the light.
