So, yeah by that reasoning Apple is oh so special because it put out one patch...you've got to be kidding. Sure, Microsoft may HAVE to put out patches every 2nd Tuesday but God knows how long Apple knew about the flaw before fixing it. I wouldn't go singing Apple's praises about its genuine customer care, because just like the PC market, that concept is often a wolf in sheep's clothing, where the wolf is pure market drive, plain and simple. Imagine if hackers had started devouring machines left and right through quicktime, no doubt it would put a huge sag in their market share growth. No longer would they immune in the public's eye to viruses (though of course they never were). I will say this though, better one patch for Quicktime that 3 for the same problem in IE happy
