Phishers
One of the problems with Phishing is that there is no place to report Phishing expiditions. The "Brands" (CitiBank for example) often refuse to allow you to report incidents unless you already have a password or some alternate means of reaching them. You can forward emails to "spoof" at some sites, but most just refuse to accept, or if they accept, refuse to read any mail forwarded to them. If the problem is to be solved they are going to have to get involved and not take the "If you ignore it it will go away attitude".
