Very interesting article there! If indeed the EULA does get declared unconstitutional this will open a huge can of legal worms for most if not all software makers not just MS.
I can see Billy's 60 billion going up in smoke to pay of everyone who's been defrauded by Microsoft and their crappy software. Hmmm... This could spell the end of Microsoft as we now it. Think if this does happen we can call Gates "Bankrupt Bill".
