Microsoft the Products or Microsoft the Company?
If you are referring to Microsoft the products then yes they have made some improvements to inherently flawed products lately. But if you are referring to Microsoft the company, then NO there are no improvements, they are still as arrogant and monopolistic to deal with as ever.
