Virginia court upholds antispam law

Spam and the ACLU? What's New?: So far, the ACLU has taken away our rights to pray when and where we want, aour right to salute the flag, and claims to support our right to privacy, then supports the 'rights' of a spammer to steal just that! So when have they been right about anything that makes sense?
