ISS got Black ICEd

Seems that ISS doesn't release security patches, you must pay a yearly support fee to download the whole program whenever you want to upgrade for new "features" or deal with security fixes. Most of the people infected were still using Black ICE Defender or similar products from ISS after their service contracts had run out, leaving them with no recourse. Probably would have been served better with hardware firewalling as a primary first circle of defense.

I find it kind of humorous that the flaw involved Instant Messaging filtering for ICQ. Given the problems that ICQ has had in the past, anyone running it in a business environment got what was coming to them.
