Yea, right....
Except, given the mix of buggy software and being short handed because of the economy (since most IT stuff is a major revenue sink, not source) that working afterhours in the patching craze ends up being the rule, not the exception. It ends up being a source of failed relationships, failed marriages, delinquent ignored children and ruined monomania lives in the people who take the 24/7 bs seriously. However, the computer demons must continue to be fed. Long live crappy software and the people who defend it...
