That system probably had all that crap on it prior to One Care
Installing One Care on a system riddled with spyware, viruses, adware, etc. is like giving a typhoid patient an aspirin. Too little too late. One Care is a preventative measure, not a curative one.

Try it on a clean system and subject that system to the same usage as the one you had to wipe and then compare how much time you spend on it performing maintenance.
