Verizon gaffe lets customer details slip

They do every means to cripple phones for their customers,: Which means we have to spend more to get what every other customer for every other carrier takes for granted, and they can't keep enough blinkin' security on their machines to prevent this from happening? x( And they claim they do all that crippling for the cause of security!
