WOW. White Spectral Wind
I am white spectral wind. I work and play blocks from East West Book store. Oh Reily, I welcome you any time on my sail boat. But I am also Mexican Italian. Do not belittle my Mayan heritage. I have only discovered the power of 52 (TP52) Google search some of that. My best work me thinks.

And now for some actual news. The State of Washington Department of Information systems is now selling Virtualization to agencies who recognize that 2012 (the last year on the Myan Calendar) has come early for the Microsoft loyals.

What this means is that what use to be on a state employee's desktop computer will be housed on a main frame instead. Snap shots for backup purpouses will be taken regularly and everything, documents, icons, databases will have been cloned. Hence the state worker will be able to run his software from anywhere on the planet using really any appliance.

There will no longer be a need for the Forest. Agencies that require ocasional use of software such as case tracking systems will now simply use VMware to connect to a cloned desktop on the mainframe that has this software already installed. The Mother of All Web Services is available if there is political will to through out the "compatibility" plans that have driven state agencies to Microsoft software. Apparently the fortune 500 have already implemented such Virtualizations.

Huzzah Huzzah.
The Church of the Future of Software Design grows strong. Our ways are recognized.
