That is the offcial version of the story. The courts already said they did not trust the agent in charge of the investigation, though.
I agree with everyone who has posted that it is great that another pedo is off the streets, IF this person is in fact a pedo.
What if he is not, though? What if he never logged onto "alt.binaries.pictures.erotica.pre-teen"? What if he simply received an email that had the TH embedded, or was at another news group, and that is where he got the TH? We cannot just assume that because we are told that he picked up SS from alt.binaries.pictures.erotica.pre-teen, that he in fact did. Blind faith has NO business in the justice system!
