What bothers me is . . . .
What bothers me is if the Turkish a**h**e 1069was into someone else's system. Isn't 1069 guilty of view said porno pictures? Who is not to say he kept copies on his own computer and is selling/distributing said child porn? Turkish males are not unknown to pander in homo child relationships. As the old joke goes, "How do you separate the Turkish a Goat Herdsmen from the boy in mountains . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . ? Why with a crowbar!"

Personally, my thoughts are, "Unless it is reported by an American Citizen, it should not be acted on." Because as stated above, who is to say he did not plant the porno images on the computer in first place.

This an actually happened. The occurrence took place in Great Britain. A Grandfather was arrested and jailed for having child pornography on his computer. It turned out some of his Grand Children had went to a porno site, the porno site in turn planted/downloaded the images on his computer. The purpose? His system was being used as a storage and relay server. He was acquitted of the charges. Who is to say this "GOOD FRIEND" Turk did not do the same thing. And when he was found out turned around and reported them to the FBI?! This is what the guy that is fighting the charges should have based his appeals on for a retrial.
