I agree in principle
But the problem was that the prosecution and witnesses (Agent Faulkner) appeared to flagrantly obfuscate and hd facts that materially prevented an adequate defense by denying the Defense the ability to investigate both the source and validity of the evidence and the identity of UU1069. Faulkner seemed to deny any foreknowledge of UU1069, any knowledge his ever being in the US or using UU1069 as an agent, this after having called UU1069 at a US phone number. But document from a previous case show clearly that a "pen-pal" type relationshjip existed and that beyond the initial provision of evidence the gov't engaged in correspondence soliciting additional information. They apparently supplied only the evidence that fit their desire for prosecution and denied the defense access to evidence the prosecution had access to which would call into question if UU1069 was an agent of the gov't. I would say that deliberately lying and refusing documents requested in numerous motions consitutes a "reasonable doubt" and should serve to impeach any and all evidence or testimony given or collected by Agent Faulkner as tainted.
