To Play Devil's advocate for a moment
Seeing as people have pointed out that it could have been planted by the hacker let me take the opposite side of that for a moment. What if it wasn't? What if these guys DID do this? Shouldn't the FBI, Government, or someone be able to tell WHEN at the very least the incriminating evidence was put onto the system? And keep in mind that BOTH of these gentleman were convicted. Only one was putting up a fight, and not really much of one at that.
