Also jurisdiction .. I can get a hardware shop wich makes chinese equipment,or pick up a piece of equipment made from a different nationality to buy....this is a computer forum here : guess what, phillips is a brand name for a 'phillips head screw. ... and hollywood didn't make this,but the hardware shop has one. ..

Think the prosecutor has as hard a time at finding a phillips as hollywood has in a foriegn nationality in dealing with their wares ? Certainly if it was a local problem the question would be all hollywood...- the same question of jurisdiction,or a question of simply making a story to screw.
