legal is as legal does
When there is a policy of legal interpretation by the govt. as to when privacy is invaded and when it is not, you have to look at hard facts. If the govt. wants to snoop into your communications, it appears they will find a way. Don't want them to read your email? Use encryption and anti-theft tools to prevent them from doing so, like Taceo. When you're worried about your right to privacy, you pull the blinds in your house. Unfortunately, the same goes for email.
