And I can certainly see what you mean. It is also a UK law that is being referred to. As for the American Justice system, see my above post in reply to Linux USer to understand the situation that I am referring to. Or maybe I am just a little hardened because of what I am going through but they aren't even doing a thorough investigation and the landlord/management company is going to get away with it. I am going to be forced to find a lawyer because of this and I loathe to see what that is going to be like. The police AND the landlord were just standing there letting people loot through what was left of my possessions on the day of the fire so anything that I might have been able to recover is gone. This particular landlord has been cited and fined several times for code violations and who only knows what else and YET nothing has been done. Myself or my son could have been killed if I hadn't tossed him out and then jumped.

As in it doesn't affect those of us in America (so far anyway) we really do not have to worry about it. As far as any criminal that does that kind of crap? The omnly rights that they have as far as I can see is the right to see the business end of a shotgun if they ever even think of touching one of my kids.
