How many are using affected versions, i.e., Windows 2000 and Windows XP SP-1? Since these are the only affected versions, it leaves out the 9x version (95, 98x, ME) and NT versions as well as Windows 2003 and Windows XP SP-2.

The mix potentially affected is a lot smaller than your numbers.
