Now if this was MS or *nix or Apple, it would generate tons of posts. But it's not. However, it is exactly the same as the usual suspects. Perfect code will never be written - unless it does nothing. So when it breaks, you fix it as quickly as possible.

Real programmers realise this and live in fear of it happening to them. Apart from all the research which shows that you can't write a bug-free program (but you can get to about 99% free), keep in mind most programs are written by young males, which the posts to this forum prove are a stable rational mature group wink.

Hindsight is the only perfect science.
