Pertaining to dial-up
I would imagine yes, it may be harder to track dial-ups, but once
they are infected, who cares. Once infected, it can carry on with
the infected task at hand. Would the hacker have to track an
infected computer, or just let this infected computer either call
home, or do what ever the infection wants it to do?
