you must have a problem with all companies
cause "the sure to all your problems" is the most basic of sales tools. It would be nice if they gave a rebate but the EULA covers thier butt on that.

Rushing out a service pack? kinda gives me the creeps, firewall on networked systems, uh oh thas bad...
