Hype and myopia reign against RFID
It's amazing how people with a myopic view of RFID seem to generate all the hype. A bar code is the easiest thing in the world to photocopy, a magnetic stripe is a piece of cake to replicate, but the beauty and elegance behind RFID is that it only contains a pointer. Like a license plate on your car, if you don't have access to the secure database you can't get any info from the RFID. HAve you covered you license plate so someone can't relicate it yet? Also, I'd rather someone steal my RFID number and then go get a new one than steal my iris scan! RFID is the most secure auto-id technology since it can be a key to a secured database! Get over it, it's here to stay and it's secure.
