Hitler as in itanalyst's over zealous prosecution strategy simply because he's pissed the government allowed the vets to be put at risk.

These criminals, as in somebody definitely did commit the crime. Whomever it is, deserves punishment fit to the crime, not punishment fit to the outrage we all feel over goverment policies that made the theft of a laptop into a data disaster for millions of veterans.

Due process for sure. Followed up by reasonable sentencing.
