Oh please.

It is impossible for them to be 100% sure that the files have not been accessed -- do a search and you will find several security experts have already acknowledged this.

The claim that the information was not accessed was purely PR BS, plain and simple.

Besides, the idea that the laptops were missing for so long without so much as being turned on is laughable.
