... the maker of the network card or the computer manufacturer that embedded it will release a fix once they have tested it. No 1st Tuesday of the month applies. I believe in the case of Centrino the patch is already available for Windows. In this case I believe that trumps the Apple users having the fix first.
I'm curious what you think of the most recent update from Apple that fixes 26 issues. Do you think they fixed them all in a couple days or did they let them accumulate? Sounds like Apple as their own patch Tuesday. It just isn't advertised or on Tuesday and probably not as regular.
