Yeah, I don't see it.
You're looking at a 2500% increase in the price of card production. Few businesses would be willing to absorb that kind of increase - and we're talking about one the most stingy breeds of businesses - credit card companies. (Have you read about the crafty - read 'underhanded' - business practices they use to increase the charges to their customers?)

I'm just hoping they offer it as an option, even if they pass the cost on to the consumer. I'd bite, like most of the other people who have already posted.
