Tough choice
$10 every three years is a small price to pay to keep your credit card safe online. The fact it can do more than be a token is a bonus.

The downside is your still screwed if someone steals your wallet. With the passcode generator built in to the credit card, a lost card is a key to the bank. I can imagine charges from a stolen password card would be even harder to challenge.
