May I have More sir??
I have been waiting for a "smart card" that will actually keep a running total of its charges and permit a line item review.
Last year I was told by a data systems engineer with a swiss based CC Company that it is certainly possible, has been engineered and patented, would cost less that 15.00, and will never be implemented because if its negative effect upon unwise impulse purchases. The more we spend the more they make...and anything that gets in the way is not to be encouraged.
