Still that's the problem.

Ok so you IP is encypted into a hash. Now if you want to make a TCP/IP connection first you need my IP wich is being advertised on a P2P network in connection to a few songs. If you can't tell what the IP address is you can't connect to me to get that song.

At best encryption protects the transfer. So RIAA thugs can't see who's doing the actual downloading but if you advertise a song you are offering it to the world including those RIAA lawyers looking to sue copyright infringers.

Don't think you are safe because of encryption. You aren't. Better to advertise a small play list that changes every hour so that only a dozen songs are availabe at once. That way you don't stand out as target for the RIAA.
