Now this is a worm that I would worry about!
Imagine if this same type of worm gets lose and goes after any of the many Microsoft flaws! Wait, that could be a good thing! You know natures laws of selection.... Hmmmm. This could be the attack I have been waiting for and the one that will be the catalyst for Microsoft to REALLY get serious about security. And this type of worm could actually clean up the PC gene pool as it were. You know weed out the systems that either don't give a rats @$$ or that have been silent bots for a long time.
