Until peopel are un-willing to work @ wally world for min - wage the'll never pay any better, and most if not all MAc-Job like that have no bennie's - there are plenty of HS kids and seniors willing to put up with the crap - the'll never change - [ walmart that is ] I worked @ Pizza Hut back in the 90's and 35 hrs a week [ not 40 so they would not have to offer bennie's] and nobody ******* about them - and they were owned by the PepsiCo Conglomeration then Pepsi-PizzaHut-Tacobell-Fritolay - plenty of money to offer bennies - what you dont realize is it costs 40% of your salairy to manage you - ie with bennie's and HR administration you cost the business 40% of your pay in over head so if your earning 50 k a year it cost 20k in taxes, fica, medi care unemployement insurance and other over head ........ sure walmart managers are a bunch of blood suckers [i know some one who worked there says he was treated like dirt the whole time] but there other costs involved with running a business other than your paycheck
