And this guy is a what? Supply Chief? To be an official in the industry does not mean to come out of grad school and call yourself an expert in the field. I worked for DoD since I was 17 and I remember the Vietnam war very vividly. I AM ONLY in my forties for christ sake... how old is this kid? 21? (picture looks much older tho)

As for the subject matter.. I don't know what part of DoD this dude works in, but it is nothing to do with reality. Let me guess... he's a contractor for the Pentagon? In an acquisition command within the DoD, he should know that we need to update all our systems, streamline our budgets so tax-payer money is well spent and not wasted, and quit sucking into these little con-artist corporation zealots gadgets. DoD needs to FIX their total accounting system before they get another penny.. PERIOD!

and I work for the real DoD Mister Supply Chief in an aquisition command!
