I appreciate the reminder
It is easy for corporate end users to forget that even with layer security, there is always a "window of vulnurability" after a zero-day flaw is exploited. I take advantage of postings like this by linking to them in a message to my users, reminding them to "work safely" and not to make any assumptions. The article was not alarmist, and was written in a fashion where I felt comfortable linking to it for anyone who wanted more details.

As for calling once-a-month patching "prompt" well I suppose that depends on your definition and on your expectations. Fortunately, when it comes to MS, my expectations are a lot lower than my definition when it comes to prompt, based on past performance...
